CNC Cutting

After molding or thermoforming, the product must be processed using numerically-controlled CAD CAM in order to simplify the transfer of information from the first to the second stage in the process and maintain high standards of quality.
The finished product can then undergo other processes, such as bonding (using adhesives or ultrasound), riveting or assembly with other parts.

When the finished product is ready, it may undergo further processing such as:

• Silkscreen printing
• Tampo pad printing used for uneven surfaces
• Sand-blasting to polish the product or give shiny surfaces a matt finish
• Chromium plating to give your product an enhanced surface appearance
• Painting to add colour and character to your item
• Soundproofing for acoustic insulation in line with current standards
